Church of Our Lady, Harryville: The 6.00pm Saturday Vigil Mass will cease for the summer months following Mass this evening (26 June). The 6.00pm Vigil Mass will then transfer to All Saints’ Church from next Saturday.
Confessions will be from 5.30pm-5.55pm.
Eucharistic Adoration Renewal: Adoration Appointment Cards are available in All Saints’ Church for those who have not pledged a specific hour of Eucharistic Adoration. The completed and signed cards are to be returned to the Adoration Chapel in the box provided. Those who have not made a commitment, but spend 30 minutes or more in Adoration are asked to sign the register, thus enabling the Committee to check that all hours are covered. The Repository in the Parish Centre is open daily from 10.30am-1 30pm. Personalised cards, candles and wedding stationery made to order.
The St Vincent DePaul Shop (situated on Cushendall Rd.) is open daily from 9.30am until 5.30pm. The shop stocks a wide variety of good quality clothing, shoes, books, bric-a-brac etc. The Shop appeals for furniture of all types, again, it must be in excellent condition.
Employment Opportunity for Caretaker/Cleaner at St Joseph’s Early Years Centre, Doury Road, Ballymena. Monday – Friday 8.00am-9.00am and 12 noon – 5pm. 30 hours per week @ £6.75 per hour. Job Duties: To provide onsite cleaning, supervision of the building and other non-cleaning services, under the direction of the Parish Centre Manager and in accordance with the practices of All Saints Parish.
* A minimum of one year’s experience of caretaking/cleaning duties in the last five years of employment. *Experience of operating intruder and fire alarm systems. *Access to a car and current driving licence. *Knowledge of manual handling and COSHH. *Experience of accident reporting and recording. *Living within ten miles of the Centre to facilitate attending alarm call out within 15 minutes. Local Harmonica Club will be holding an open meeting at the All Saints Parish Centre, Tower Room, on Thursday 1 July at 7.00pm. Do you play the Harmonica? Would you like to play? Perhaps you just want a few tips? We are looking for local harmonica players and enthusiasts to join us. Young or old, beginners or those more seasoned, everyone is welcome. Coach to Rally for Life in Belfast – a coach to the massive pro-life rally in Belfast city centre on Saturday 3 July will leave from All Saints’ Church car park at 10.00am for a pre rally Mass at 11.30am in St Patrick’s Church. ALL SAINTS YOUTH CLUB - Summer Scheme will take place from Monday 2 August to Friday 13 August. The scheme will cost £10 per child for the two weeks. There will be four trips which will be charged at no more than £5 per child per trip. The summer scheme will run from 10am-12 noon then break for lunch, all children must leave the Club for lunch, then return at 1pm to 3pm for the afternoon session. Times may vary on trip days and all parents will be advised of any changes to times beforehand. Contact the Youth Club on 25642869 for an application form to enrol your child. The Youth Club will close on Friday 2 July and will re-open on Monday 30 August. We take this opportunity of thanking all parents and children who have supported the Youth Club during the past year.
